Preview of the Boston Marathon course – How to guide your best Boston

In the previous episode of The amazing world show’s World ShowAly admitted to “walking on Vibes” and not paying much attention to the heart rate. So Jeff tried to convince her to try it and understand her ideal heart rate zones. There are real advantages to pay attention because this can help to inform how hard you work – for example, training on hilly terrain, at which pace is not so insightful.
