Raising Kanan’ Drops Season 4 Premiere & Photos

Starz has set March 7 as the official premiere of Set’s fourth season Power Book III: Raising Kanan And dropped the first look photos of what lies ahead. New episodes are released on Fridays.

Power Book III: Raising Kanan Explores the early life of the most popular villain, Kanan Stark, originally played by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson in the flagship series, and shows his evolution from a naughty teenager to a cutthroat villain. Season three featured an epic showdown between Kanan (Mekai Curtis) and his mother Raq (Patina Miller), resulting in a few surprise deaths and the return of a fan-favorite character.

In Season 4, the slate was seemingly wiped clean for Kanan, Raq, and the rest of the Thomas family to pursue a fresh start. However, in the eye of the storm a very dangerous obstacle lives large, unique. Unique (Joey Bada$$) makes a volatile and violent return as he hunts to improve the lives of the Thomas family.

Amid the chaos, the Thomas family faces a truth that can no longer be denied: you are who you are. Although you may be capable of change, the fundamentals remain the same and sooner or later you will be forced to face the inescapable reality of your inherent nature. In season four, the difference between life and death can be whether the family chooses to reject or accept the truth.

Power Book III: Raising Kanan is the second series in the expanded franchise “Power” universe. Sascha Penn serves as showrunner and executive producer for the fourth season. The “Power” universe series is produced by the creator and showrunner of the original “Power,” Courtney A. Kemp through her production company End of Episode, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson through G-Unit Film and Television, and Mark Canton. by Canton Entertainment. Chris Selak and Kevin Fox also executive produce. Lionsgate Television is producing the series for Starz.
