Restoration of truth and reason in American history – the White House

The authority, which has referred me as president through the constitution and the laws of the United States, is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose and politics. In the past ten years, the Americans have seen a concerted and widespread effort to rewrite the history of our nation and to replace objective facts with a distorted narrative, which is more powered by ideology than by the truth. This revisionist movement tries to undermine the remarkable achievements of the United States by providing their founding principles and historical milestones in a negative light. Under this historical revision, the unprecedented legacy of our nation, freedom, individual rights and human happiness, is reconstructed in nature racist, sexist, depressing or irrevocably incorrectly. Instead of promoting the unity and a deeper understanding of our common past, the widespread efforts to rewrite history deepens the social subdivisions and promotes a feeling of national shame, and ignores progress that America has made, and the ideals that continue to inspire millions around the world.

The previous administration promoted this corrosive ideology. In the Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – where our nation explained that all men were created equally – the former administration sponsored an organization from an organization that supports itself for the reduction of “western foundations”, and “interviewed institutional racism” and under pressure, their racist identity should dictate, as the history of America because America uses in America.

The Smithsonian Institution was once regarded as a symbol of American Excellence and a global icon of cultural achievements and has been under the influence of a splitting, racial -centered ideology in recent years. This shift has promoted stories that represent American and western values as harmful and depressed by nature. For example, the Smithsonian American Art Museum today shows “The Form of Power: Stories of Race and American Skulpture”, an exhibition that shows that “(s) have used official races to establish and maintain systems of power, privileges and interruption”. The exhibition also claims that “sculpture was a powerful instrument for promoting scientific racism” and promotes the view that breed is not a biological reality, but a social construct: “race is a human invention”.

The National Museum for African American history and culture has announced that “hard work”, “individualism” and “core family” are aspects of “white culture”. The upcoming Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum plans to celebrate the heroicism of male athletes who take part in women’s sports. These are just a few examples.

It is the politics of my administration to restore federal locations that are dedicated to history, including parks and museums, the solemn and uplifting public monuments that remind the Americans of our extraordinary legacy, consistent progress in the direction of a more perfect union and non -comparable records of promoting freedom, prosperity and human turmoil. Museums in the capital of our nation should be places where individuals learn in order not to be exposed to ideological indoctrination or split stories that distort our common history.

In order to promote this policy, we will restore the Smithsonian Institution as a symbol of inspiration and American size- the imagination of young heads, the wealth of American history and innovation and the pride of all Americans.
