San Jose Sharks vs. Vegas Golden Knights Prediction, Odds and Tips

The Vegas Golden Knights travel to San Jose to face the Sharks for the third and final time this season. The season series was not close. Vegas won both games and scored a total of 13 goals in those games. We know the Sharks are a poor defensive team with subpar goaltending, but when they play the Golden Knights the game isn’t even competitive. Some people might think we’ll see a closer duel this time, but that couldn’t be further from confidence.

The Sharks have won two games in a row, but have not really been able to dominate any of their opponents. This is a young team that is in the bottom half in goals per game and goals conceded. Alexandar Georgiev is expected to get the starting nod this season and he has been nothing short of terrible this season. Vegas is the better team on paper and it’s not even close, but they can’t come out and just sail to victory. This could be a trap game, so be aware of that. However, I still like the Knights covering the puck line, so we’ll be putting our hard-earned money there on Tuesday.
