Security that is not publicly discussed after months of time, with death, shots

Baton Rouge-Das Supervisors Board at the Southern University System did not sit down on campus security at her monthly meeting, although on Friday the first one was the first since Caleb Wilson’s death and a shootout on campus.

According to their schedule, a meeting meeting of the board of directors was planned for 9 a.m. for 9 a.m. for 9 a.m. The security of the campus was on the development of the development session agenda. However, Wbrz was announced that the session was submitted.

At the session, the board of directors Wilson, who died, died after he was hit during an initiation ritual that took place last month outside the campus with the Beta-Sigma chapter of the Omega-Psi-Phi Brotherhood.

“Caleb put his passion in both his studies and his time with the human jukebox. He was an incredible part of the Jaguar family,” said a board member at the meeting.

The board members discussed paths to honor Wilson, including the naming of an inner courtyard after him and the awarding of a posthumous degree.

The circumstances in relation to Wilson’s apt have received considerable attention. At one point during the meeting, a former southern student tried to talk to the board about the fact in southern guidelines, but she was escorted. The board said it was not on the agenda.

“You did not talk about what prompted him not to be here that Hazing was. There are things that you can do here, and there are rules and guidelines that you can set up that could prevent this,” said Alumna Marian Gbaiwom.

During the session, the board decided to go to a private executive meeting that an administrator was a discussion about the security of the campus.

At the beginning of this month, a student in the US Jones Hall was shot on campus. The alleged shooter, Semaj Joiner, was arrested last week.

Since then, the university has hired a visit to all dormitories for everyone indefinitely who do not live in this hall.

When WBRZ was asked about a summary of the security problems, Wbrz was announced that there was no discussion about Campus security problems, even though an administrator said something else.

However, a student says she was satisfied with the movements after the emotional month.

“I think our Chancellor and all of our faculty and our administrators are very committed to our security and have provided us with consulting centers and therapists and only a lot to help our mental health,” said the southern student Olivia McKissack.

According to his website, the next board meeting for April 11th at 9:45 a.m. in Shreveport is planned.
