Signed invoices: SB142, SB59, HB1427, HB1048, HB1223, HB1207, HB1208, HB1209, HB1210, HB1211, HB1391 – Governor of Arkansas – Arkansas Governor

Little Rock, Arche. – On Thursday, February 20, 2025, the governor signed the law:

SB142 – To create the bell, no cell act; And to change the requirements for public debt discipline in relation to the use of personal electronic devices of the students.

SB59 -e an action to prove a breakfast at every school day at no costs without considering the authorization of the public school for a free or reduced meal of the public student; explain an emergency; And for other purposes.

HB1427 – act an action to create healthy mothers, healthy babies; to change the law of Arkansas to improve the health of the mother in this state; And for other purposes.

HB1048 – to change the law on the random sale of goat milk, sheep’s milk and whole milk that were not pasteurized; And to make it clear that the random sale of raw milk is not limited to a sale on the farm.

HB1223 – A candidate for the office of the Supreme Court or judge of the Court of Appeal, who serves in this position as a representative to use the title of this position as a prefix on the ballot.

HB1207 – Make technical corrections and clarify the language for the proper management of services as part of the state police pension system.

HB1208 – For example, the ARKANSAS employee’s retirement system enables amounts to collect amounts of overpayments for debts that are due to a state -supported retirement priority system that is managed by the Arkansas Public Employees’ retirement system.

HB1209 – For the proper management of services by the Arkansas Justicial Pension System in relation to the examination of pension rights on the process of law and the correction of errors.

HB1210 – Changes to the laws for the transfer of funds for the costs for the administration of the Arkansas Justicial Retirement System and the State Police Retirement System.

HB1211 – Make technical corrections and clarify the language for the proper management of services as part of the pension system of the public employees of Arkansas.

HB1390 – A law for the Ministry of Human Services – division of aging, adults and behavioral health services again for evaluation.

HB1391 – A law for the Ministry of Human Services – Department of Development District Services again for evaluation.
