SpaceX is preparing to start the latest couple of Worldview Legion satellites on behalf of Maxar Intelligence, a Department of Maxar technologies. After separating from the Falcon 9 rocket, the two satellites will start to a mid-clinic earth ornament.

The upswing of the mission, Maxar 3 of SpaceX, from the start complex 39a in the Kennedy Space Center of NASA is set to 6:13 p.m. EST (2313 UTC). If it is successful, it is SpaceX’s second Falcon 9 start of the day.

Spaceflight now has a live report that breaks off about an hour before the trigger.

SpaceX will use the Falcon 9 First Stage Booster 1086 to start this mission. It will be his fourth flight after being started as a secondary amplifier on the Go-U-Falcon mission and as a Falcon 9-booster for two Starlink missions.

Less than eight minutes after the upswing, B1086 is aimed at a touchdown in landing zone 1 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force station. If successful, it will be the 48th booster landing at LZ-1 and the previous 405th booster landing.

The first worldview legion -Satellite (fifth total) is used after the second burning of the Falcon 9 -top level approximately 47 minutes after the withdrawal. There will be two other burns of the Merlin vacuum motor before the other satellite is used about an hour and 50 minutes after the flight.

More eyes in the sky

The two satellites of the world view Legion were produced by Maxar Space Systems, a further division of Maxar technologies. The company announced its arrival in Florida in early January to start the final processing before the start.

The two satellites were shipped from the Maxar Space Systems factory in Palo Alto, California. As soon as you are in orbit, you will complete the company’s first satellite block.

The Twin spaceship is designed in such a way that you increase the company’s satellite images over the company’s 30 cm class. Currently there are four ideological Legion satellites in a sun synchronized orbit in a sun synchronous orbit.

“With 3.6 million km SQ. Maxar will continue to lead the industry from a collection of 30 cm class a day a day by offering customers the highest image quality and the geometric accuracy available on the commercial market, ”said Maxar Intelligence in one explanation. “In fact, no other provider is over a capacity of 30 cm class.”

Maxar either provides his pictures via an MGP subscription from the Maxar Geospatial Platform (MGP) to access individual images, or via his lively advanced Baseman for “a seamless view of the earth”.
