State police find missing York County man

Pennsylvania State Police in York are searching for Richard Rinehart, a 58-year-old white male described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.

Rinehart has thinning gray hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing sweatpants, a black puffy coat, a ball cap and glasses.

According to state police, Rinehart drives a white 2009 Lincoln MKX with PA license plate LPM7493.
