Stranger Things Season 5 Episodes Are “Very Long,” Star Reveals

It’s been a minute since fans have seen everyone’s favorite Duffer Brothers Production, Stranger Things, which last aired in July 2022, but a new season was also announced this year. Despite the years that have passed, many have still not given up their hopes for the season, whose premiere window was finally announced this year and will see most of the fan-favorite characters return. The fifth and final season of Stranger Things will be released on Netflix next year, and awaiting Maya Hawke, who joined the series in season 3 as Robin Buckley, has some news about the upcoming installment, which is currently in production.

Appears on the Pod crushed Podcast with presenters Penn Badgley, Nava Kavelin And Sophie AnsariHawke teased at length Stranger Things season and says:

“We’re basically doing eight films. The episodes are very long.”

According to the promising TV star, the filming of the fifth season will continue throughout 2024, with the cast working on it for a whole year. As with the previous episodes, each of which was separated by more than a year, the final season of Stranger Things will be released approximately three years after Season 4. Addressing the delays, Hawke added:

“They place a lot of emphasis on the quality of subsequent writing, and so each season takes a long time to write and shoot.”

What to expect in season 5 of Stranger Things

Netflix announced the release window of Stranger Things Season 5 next month the title of each episode. The season includes eight episodes titled “The Crawl,” “The Vanishing of (name redacted),” “The Turnbow Trap,” “Sorcerer,” “Shock Jock,” “Escape from Camazotz,” and “The Bridge.” and “The Rightside Up.” Further details about the episodes have yet to be revealed, leaving fans’ imaginations running wild.

In addition to Hawke, this long-awaited season will also feature the return of Millie Bobby Brown as an elf, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, Sadie Sink as Max, and Jamie Campbell Bower as the murderous Vecna. It was also recently announced that Matthew Modine will be back as the manipulative Doctor Brenner, who ran the Hawkins lab and trained Eleven but died in Season 4 of Stranger Things.
