STREETLIGHT – New single/video “Sleep Walk” in the stream

AOR/melodic rockers Streetlight unveil their new single and accompanying official video, “Sleep Walk,” available now via Frontiers Music Srl.

Singer Johannes Häger comments on the new single: “We’re really excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been working on in the studio lately! In classic AOR fashion, we think “Sleep Walk” gives a good taste of what Streetlight is all about: infectious music with a mix of 80s and modern production.”

Streetlight is an AOR/melodic rock band from Jönköping, Sweden. The band stays true to their genre and delivers distinctive melodies, powerful choruses and strong hooks, in the style of bands like Journey, Toto and Kansas.

The debut album Ignition was released digitally and on CD by Frontiers Music in 2023. The music video for their single “Hit The Ground” has over 140,000 views on YouTube. Since the release of Ignition, Streetlight has gained fans around the world and the album reviews have been outstanding.

Streetlight is intended to be experienced live, and the band takes their music to the streets, playing both clubs and festivals, including the Swedish AOR festival Malmö Melodic.

Streetlight’s music is melodic and guitar-driven, with a sound reminiscent of the times when AOR was at its peak. And Streetlight wants to convey music that is fun to both listen to and play.

The debut album showed the world that Streetlight was a band to be reckoned with, represented by their distinct melodies and punchy choruses. The sound still contains elements of melodic rock’s heyday, wrapped in their own 2024 twist.
