Sunshine today with warm, dry conditions throughout the week – Sterling Journal-Advocate

The National Weather Service does not expect hazardous weather today in northeastern and north-central Colorado.

“Mild and dry conditions are expected to continue through Saturday with the next chance of snow across the high country on Sunday,” the NWS Hazardous Weather Outlook says.

Today’s forecast for Sterling is for a high around 46°C and sunny skies. Tuesday is expected to bring a big warm-up.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 46. South wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 16 mph.

Tonight: Clear, with a low around 20. South wind 6 to 8 mph becoming west after midnight.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 60. Southwest wind around 8 mph, with gusts as high as 27 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 24. West northwest wind around 7 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 57. West wind 5 to 7 mph, with gusts as high as 16 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 20.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 51.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 23.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 57.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 24.
