Susan Lucci, 78, wows in her little black dress as she poses next to her glamorous daughter in a rare family photo

Susan Lucci celebrated her 78th birthday on December 23rd with her loved ones.

The All my children The actress shared a group photo on Instagram with her family, including her daughter Liza Huber and son Andreas Huber, sitting at a table in a luxurious-looking restaurant.

The award-winning actress looked stylish in an off-the-shoulder little black dress and beamed with pride as she posed for the photo with her loved ones.

In the caption, she wrote: “Happy Birthday… Happy Birthday to ALL the Christmas babies out there.”

Susan had an eventful December and went on a special trip to New York City to celebrate her birthday and Christmas before the actual day.

Sharing a photo of herself and four friends posing for a photo in the Big Apple, she wrote: “New York at Christmas!!! How lucky I am – to have my amazing, generous friends forever!!!” Thank you so much Our “epic” day of Christmas/Birthday fun – Breakfast at Tiffany’s, a surprise private tour of this beautiful, iconic Tiffany building , a Little Mountain Village Christmas, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and one of my favorite places in New York: Bemelman’s to top it all off!!! I love you all so much.

Susan loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. She shares her two children with her late husband Helmut Huber, who died in 2022.

She opened up to HELLO! Earlier this year about how her family was her rock during difficult times.

She said: “Ultimately, I learned that resilience is not about getting back on your feet, but about moving forward with newfound wisdom and resilience. My biggest obstacle has undoubtedly been the unwavering support of my friends and family. Your unconditional love was an anchor.” It kept me grounded and constantly reminded me that I am never alone.

Susan is not only a mother, but also a loving grandmother to five grandchildren. Liza has four children – Royce, Brendan, Hayden and Mason – with husband Alexander Hesterberg III.

Andrea is now married to Courtney Velasco and the couple had their son Wolf in November 2017.

About her role as grandmother, Susan told Closer: “I love the hugs and kisses. And Hayden runs up to me in her tutu and shouts, ‘Grammy! Grammy!’ This warmth from the children is the best.”
