Tenagers arrested and accused of murder in San Antonio

Joseph Joshua Harris had been on the run for over a month after a meeting in Selma was confused in fatal shots.

San Antonio-a 18-year-old from Converse, who was sought because of capital murder, was detained by the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD).

After an incident, Joseph Joshua Harris was in Selma on February 23, which started as a meetup and ended with shots.

On Thursday, SAPD spokesman Ricardo Guzman said that the officers had received a tip for Harris’ location. They were able to carry out monitoring in an apartment complex by finally seeing a vehicle. Guzman said you had a traffic stop on the vehicle on the north-central side of San Antonio and were able to arrest.

SAPD said Harris was currently a compensation for capital murder.

According to Darrell Volz, chief police chief of Selma, he was considered a lack of connection in her investigation.

Volz previously said Kens 5 that Harris was connected to this robbery and a deadly shootout, which took place in the last month near Interstate 35 before the Retama crown.

“We have contradictory stories because they meet,” said Volz. “There was a shootout there.”

The police said four people in a car met with Harris. First, the investigators said Harris told the police that he would buy marijuana. But the investigators later found that Harris tried to sell a weapon.

According to the investigators, there was a robbery and shot. A person in the car, Hayden fetches, was shot. The police said Harris was also hit.

“It doesn’t seem that Mr. Holt’s friends who were in the car with him shot him,” said the boss. “So let’s think it may be Harris. But we really have to find out.”

Harris was sent to a hospital and Volz said he hadn’t been seen since then. He added that the investigators did not know what the motif of the suspect was on that day.

The other three people in the car are all charged.

Harris has been arrested since October 2023 and is charged with non -authorized use of a vehicle, theft of the firearm, the arrest, the illegal wear of a weapon, the slump in vehicles and organized criminal activities.
