Tennessee tie record for runs under Tony Vitello against Unc Asheville

Tennessee Baseball recorded most of the runs in a game under coach Tony Vitello on Tuesday.

The Vols scored 29 runs against Unc Asheville in the Lindsey Nelson Stadium and on February 26, 2022, the record of 29 in a 29-0 victory against Iona 29: 0.

Tennessee scored one in the first inning before stacking big innings. It scored nine in the second goal when Dalton Bargo met two Homer in the Inning, including a Grand Slam. It scored eight in the third, three in the fourth and seventh in the fifth.

Chris Newstrom entered Jay Abernathy on the 29th run at the end of the sixth place.
