If you ask anyone in New Jersey about the best subs or hoagies, they will without a doubt tell you where to go. Everyone in this state is an expert in subs and pizza.

That’s why we left it to the experts to tell us where we can get the best subs at local spots in their area. I’m from South Jersey, so it’s bullshit. When you’re from New York, you call it a hero.

But most Jersey people call it a submarine. There was a place in Surf City on LBI that was called Suboagies for years, but it’s closed now.
