The Fitbit app gets a revision, but some fans are not happy

An essential part of the Fitbit app was received a redesign in an overhaul of the entire platform.

Stat diagrams, which can often appear somewhat unloved in the old Fitbit style, are of greater importance. And the key numbers are now much larger.

The old style had a strange combination when it came to having nothing in a spotlight and at the same time not packing so much on every screen. Fitbit did not go overboard with information density, but has improved so that they describe as a “gloss ability”.

However, the possibility of seeing data over longer periods than that day lives a layer below and requires additional access.

I am currently not using Fitbit to pursue my exercise, but the redesign is already reported on the iPhone and is to get involved in Android.

This revision of metrics follows a redesign of the app’s water tracking section, which took place a little under two weeks earlier.

DiscomboBenedhat19 is also not a fan and writes: “It is so stupid why it endeavors to change it when the new version is so obviously worse.”

Another parts of the Fitbit interface, which are due for a redesign, is the section with food that can throw a new look at the current pace in April.
