The Kansas City Royals will stream 2025 games on FanDuel

The Kansas City Royals have reached a new agreement with their streaming partner FanDuel Sports Network in hopes of reaching even more fans next season. The Royals announced Tuesday that FanDuel Sports Network, owned by Diamond Sports Group, will continue to produce and distribute Royals games. “Our top priority has been and remains reaching as many fans as possible,” said Royals Chairman and CEO John Sherman. “We want to be accessible to anyone who wants to watch our exciting team as the ownership group continues to invest in the progress we are making on the field.” The network will continue to offer live games on cable and satellite, as well as streaming. Fans who have used the FanDuel app (formerly Bally Sports) to watch games will only need to update the app before the season. A streaming add-on will also be available via Amazon Prime to improve the accessibility of the stream. Last season, the Royals had more than 40,000 streaming subscribers and the largest subscriber growth in the league. “Our renewed partnership with the Royals underscores our shared commitment to connecting as many fans as possible with the team, regardless of how they watch,” said Diamond CEO David Preschlack. “We are confident that our evolving partnerships with Amazon and FanDuel, as well as the combined linear and digital platforms, will provide fans with exceptional value and an unparalleled viewing experience.”
