The Kentucky women’s basketball with 4-seed seeds will play Oklahoma No. 5 in the quarter-finals of the Sec-Tournament Uk athletics

Amoore, which was appointed second-newcomer of the year and the All-Sec First Team this week, added eight templates against the Sooners and became the only player in the program history and the only player in the league since at least 2002-03 to be 43 points and deliver eight assists in a single game.

Clara Strack, the SEC defensive player of the year, added 19 points, three 3, six rebounds, five steals, two blocks and a support at this meeting. Strack was also included in the all-defensive team of the SEC and the all-sec second team this week.

The Wildcats enter the British game 22: 6 in Great Britain in the season, including 11: 5 in the Sec. Kenny Brooks and the team, which he installed in just a few months, came last Sunday with the regular season of the SEC season and achieved some significant successes, including but not limited:

    • Great Britain has had its best 3FG%defense in the regular season (27.3%) in the second since at least 2002-03.
  • The Wildcats had their greatest improvement in profit from the Southeasters Conference campaign from last season in the program history (+7 victories).
  • Kentucky has had its fewest second road losses (3) since 2018-19 (2).

For these and numerous reasons, Brooks was recently appointed in the observation list of Werner Head of Naismith Women’s College in 2024-25 by Werner Ladder Women’s College Coach of the Year.
