The latest NBA Mock Draft reveals potential raptors design options

The Toronto Raptors did not hide their intentions this season.

With 17-38 to 55 games you have the fifth latest record of the league and it would be good if it got worse. The front office has made it clear about the importance of the lottery happiness for securing a top selection in this year’s design.

With the all-star break here, it is a good time to examine yourself in the college ranks and the top prospects that could shape the future of Toronto. The following ranking lists are with the kind permission of ESPN’s most recent bill by Jeremy Woo and Jonathan Givony.

No. 1 Cooper Flag (Herzog)

This was Flagg’s place from the beginning of the year, and nothing he did has suggested something else. The 6-foot 9 striker remains the consensus No. 1, which shows elite diversity, competitiveness and defensive skills. His offensive growth, especially three-point shooters, only increases his heavenly potential as a two-way star.

No. 2 Dylan Harper (Rutgers)

Harper was one of the most fascinating prospects in this class, and despite a few heights and depths, he remains a top candidate in second place. The 6-foot 6-wax mixtures mixes size, strength and game with a natural assessment. Compare with a young James Harden. His ability to create shots for themselves and others that are paired with its high basketball -iq makes him an appealing lead guard on the next level.

During his first season, Harper scored an average of 18.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game. His strong return of illness and injury has contributed to solidifying his design, and a strong finish of the season could include him as a top-not flag prospect.

No. 3 – Airious “Ace” Bailey (Rutgers)

Bailey’s share has increased all season and it is firmly in the mix as a top three election. The 6-foot 10 wing is one of the most explosive goal scorers in the class and combines elite sportiness with advanced shot functions. He has the potential to be a real three -story goal scorer at the next level, and at the same time made progress as a defender and passer -by.

Bailey achieved an average of 19.1 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game with a three-point hub of 38%, including several 30-point outbreaks in the conference game. If he continues his upward railway and delivers in high -pressure moments, he could push Harper for second place.

No. 4 – VJ Edgecombe (Baylor)

With its mixture of explosiveness, defensive intensity and improvement of offensive versatility, EDGOCOMBE has held up as a top five view. The 6-foot 5-Wachmann is an elite athlete who plays with relentless energy at both ends of the soil. His ability to attack the edge, to create in the transition and to defensively disturb the opponents makes him one of the well -rounded players in this design class.

After a slow start, Edgecompbe caught the fire in Big 12 Play and achieved an average of 15 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. In his last 14 games, he has also depressed 46% of his three and has significant growth as a perimeter shooter. If he maintains this trajectory, he could cement himself as clear no. 4.

No. 5 – Kasparas Jakucionis (Illinois)

According to ESPN’s latest, the Raptors is predicted with the fifth overall election that Jakucionis. The 6-foot 5-point Guard impressed scouts with its balance, its ability to play and its efficient evaluation and made a strong case as one of the best moderators in this class. He plays with remarkable ripeness and shows a strong decision -making and a natural feeling of leading a crime.

Jakucionis achieved an average of 16 points, 5.2 assists and 5.6 rebounds per game.
