The much-hyped OTT film is receiving disastrous reviews

Sikandar Ka Muqaddar was seen as a great opportunity for Jimmy Shergill to make his much-awaited comeback to the entertainment industry. His fans and supporters were expecting big things from this upcoming OTT film directed by Neeraj Pandey.

Assembling a strong cast wasn’t enough for the film, as it received disappointing reviews since its release on Netflix. Apart from Jimmy Shergill, the film also stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwary, Ashrut Jain and Divya Dutta in an exceptional cast.

The plot of the film revolves around Jimmy Shergill, who plays a police officer in the film and gets involved in a robbery. He chooses his suspects carefully and the film revolves around the exciting interplay of characters leading to the ultimate climax.

Neeraj Pandey once again displays his signature style of delivering surprises throughout the film, but this time he comes up short. Although the film has a good plot, it lacks cinematography and there are certain loose ends throughout the execution.

Users and critics have pointed out that the film’s running time also affected its overall performance and that it should have been shortened given the plot and story. While Jimmy Shergill delivered a great performance as always, things didn’t seem to hit the mark for the makers.
