The Pacers’ Myles Turner goes all out at Star Wars night in Indiana and finds out he’s one of us

This is absolutely fantastic!

Myles Turner, center of the Indiana Pacers, not only gives his best when it comes to basketball, but also when it comes to “Star Wars”. (RELATED: “A Real Piece of Shit”: 76ers’ Joel Embiid Is Starting to Fall and This Could Be the Beginning of the End)

Every year the Pacers host a “Star Wars” night, and here in the 2024 edition, Turner appeared at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday in a Kylo Ren costume. And on top of that, he also had two Sith troopers with him.

My husband is a real Star Wars nerd and it couldn’t be more wonderful!

Come to find out, Turner has already done this for the last four seasons. And when he can’t find his unknown assistants, he hires his friend Aysia Janelle to take part in the celebrations.

This is love!

Oh, but it goes deeper than that.

The Pacers star is such a Star Wars nerd that he owns a LEGO empire of the entire fantasy universe.

Now I have to admit that I’m no longer the biggest Star Wars fan because I refuse to watch anything that touches Disney. It’s bad enough that I have to do it with sports (ESPN). But I was a huge Star Wars fan as a kid, and I appreciate how much of a nerd Myles Turner is about it.

It reminds me of my fascination with the weather today and how I get so excited about the possibility of lake effect snow in Buffalo. (LOL)
