The public prosecutor’s office of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office rejects the criminal complaint against Dale City Mann

The US law firm in Alexandria has a criminal charge against a man from Dale City, which the Trump government describes as the leading leader of the MS-13 Street Gang of the east coast.

The US public prosecutor’s office in Alexandria submitted the application on Wednesday to reject the charges for possession of a firearm by an alien who was illegally present in the United States.

The US law firm, the homeland protection authority, the immigration and the customs authority as well as Villatoro’s court lawyer did not immediately return applications for a comment late on Wednesday afternoon.

The indictment was dismissed without prejudice, which means that the prosecutors can prove according to court files.

Members of the SWAT team of the FBI opened the front and back doors and set up a stunner in Villatoro’s arrest in the town house, where he lived in his mother’s garage.

The raid made national headlines with President Donald Trump, the FBI director Kash Patel and governor Glenn Youngkin, who publicly welcomed the capture, while the Trump government officials published photos of masked, armed federal agents before and after the arrest.

A press release on the website of the White House called Villatoro “One of the three best MS-13 leaders in the United States”, and Attorney General Pam Bondi said he was the gang’s east coastal manager, but court files are not mentioned that the position of Villatoro within the gang “Indicia of MS-13 Association” in his garage was threatened.

The monitoring of the police in the house began in August, after his mother reported a burglary there, a federal declaration from the federal government. Agents observed throughout March on how Villatoro entered and left the house.
