The reason for cowboys to cut bogs

It feels like yesterday that Kellen Moore, as a consensus leader, replaces Dallas Cowboys as head coach to replace Mike McCarthy.

While Deion Sanders was the first candidate who was associated with any kind of legitimacy, always felt as if Jerry Jones Sanders did a favor in the middle of his contract negotiations with Colorado. It seemed early that the Cowboys had their sights.

That was until Brian Schottenheimer destroyed his first interview. While Moore impressed with his former team in his seat, Dallas quickly turned to Schottenheimer as a first -class choice. He was appointed head coach days later and has since compiled a high -quality coaching staff, which was mixed with College blood, proven NFL goods and emerging stars in the league.

Time management and are able to make difficult decisions in a rapidly moving game and to have a conviction behind these decisions are characteristics of a good trainer. However, leadership and effective communicator are just as important.

It is fair to ask whether Moore has these intangible values.

During his time with the cowboys as a player and coach, Moore was not a assertive personality. Quite the opposite. It is impossible to know how to organize himself behind the scenes, but he is naturally reserved and spoken quietly.

It is very possible that the cowboys marked this during the evaluation process. While Schottenheimer does not have Moore’s player resume, he has plenty of experience and showed in his introductory press conference that he can command a room and create a culture.

This does not mean that Moore cannot do none of these things or cannot be a good coach, but afterwards it makes sense why Schottenheimer was the choice.
