The conversation Hosts reflected on their “gimmicks” – or lack thereof – over the years, including favorite guests and memorable moments.

“There are so many great shows that we have so many memories” Natalie Morales told Us weekly exclusively ahead of the show’s series finale, citing the “dynamic” Kate Biberdorf (aka Kate the Chemist) as one of her favorite guests.

Morales, 52, is preparing for the final episode of The conversationalong with co-stars Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell And Sheryl Underwood. Before saying goodbye to the entire show, the CBS stars took a stroll down memory lane and mentioned some of their favorite most famous guests by name Us.

Morales also remembered Bryan Cranston to be “hilarious” – even if he called them cheap.

“He called me cheap because you called me cheap!” she said, referring to O’Connell, 50. “We were talking today about them putting the iPad in front of you and hovering over you to see how much you tip!”…During the commercial break, Jerry started calling me “cheap,” they come back out and Bryan Cranston says, “Oh, cheap Natalie!” and it went on like that for two paragraphs where he called me that.”

Kloots, 42, recalled that before the name was given, it was “really fun.” Mark McGrath as one of her favorite guests.

“I had a picture of him on my planner in high school and I confessed to him on TV that I had a crush on you in high school,” she gushed. “Also, Zack Morris (Mark Paul Gosselaar) when he was on our show.”

She said it was “so fun” to meet people she loved in high school.

“I never missed a Saturday morning Saved by the bell. The same applies to Tiffani Thiessen when she was here,” Kloots added. “It’s like these childhood icons and you say, ‘I’m getting to know them!’ It’s so wild.”

Underwood, 61, recalled the episode when Kloots danced with him Tony Danza.

“That was good,” Kloots continued. “Again, I grew up watching Who is the boss?.”

O’Connell made it clear that there were “no shenanigans” on set.

“I don’t want to spread rumors, but I had a huge crush on her Deborah Norville “For many years I kept it classy, ​​and when Deborah Norville came on the show I kept it classy,” he joked. “Of course HR is always lurking and stuff, but this was very exciting.”

After O’Connell shared his crush, Morales quickly shared their own interaction.

“Well, for confessing crushes, Rob Loweand he was there,” Morales added. “Every time he comes he’s so much fun.”

O’Connell replied: “I got on very well with Deborah Norville. Natalie wasn’t a very good fit for Rob Lowe.”

The conversation airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT on CBS. The final episode is scheduled for Friday, December 20th.
