Lisa Minot, head of the Sonnenweg, filled out to us in her last visit to the city, which distributed “fun, races and more …”.

Lisa said about her latest journey: “Is it vegas at all if you don’t end up in an end pool At the end of the night?

“My last trip to Sin City was to celebrate Virgin Atlantic’s 40th birthday.

“Where else would a brand like Virgin mark their milestone as a city that is the largest playground in the world.

She added: “While we ended the night to Richard Branson, who jumped into the pool at the Virgin Hotel, Vegas is really somewhere where everything works.

“Regardless of whether you lose hours in the casinos, first -class acts in the many theaters or shopping until you fall, it is the ultimate amusement paradise.

“But Vegas never sits on his laurels – we are constantly reinventing themselves. We have tried the amazing Fontainbleau Hotel with his Miami Beach Club Vibe and a dizzying selection of restaurants, clubs and bars.

“But we have also found a more authentic side of the city in downtown the Arts District – with vintage shops, art galleries and some seriously good restaurants that offer a completely different mood.

“And while the neon signs, bright lights and the excitement of the city are an obvious attraction, take the time to explore a little further in the distance.

“Red Rock Canyon is less than an hour from Vegas, in which the dramatic natural beauty can almost compete with the delicacies of Vegas created by humans.”

Must see and do

Sin City’s reputation may build on gambling, but there is stacks outside the casinos – and here are our best finds.

In addition to the architecture in the whole Las Vegas Boulevard (better known as strip), they catch a show in the ball, the high-tech and the visually breathtaking, spherical arena.

Be sure to take a selfie at The Strip’s welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign up and then stay with a visit to the Neon Museum, a boneyard of the historical vegas signage, on the topic of Bright Lights.

Hidden jewel

The more relaxed, low rise district, which was recently renamed Las Vegas Arts District, lies between the skyscrapers of the strip and the casinos of the city center. The streets are full of colorful wall paintings.

Bargain hunters will also love the vintage transactions in this region: Antique Alley Mall is particularly filled.

There are also galleries and artistic shops that you can also handle.

Fuel your explorations at Vesta Coffee Roasters or get Esther’s Kitchen for lunch, inspired by Italy.

Best view

In Las Vegas there is the highest free -standing observation tower of the states.

And you won’t get a better bird’s eye view than from the deck on the stratosphere tower. Tickets cost from £ 18.

Well, unless you do a helicopter tour over the strip yourself (from £ 90).

Or go even bigger by combining the strip with a bucket list trip to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon and costs with £ 490 with a Maverick helicopter.

Best restaurants

Step back in a funny time in Diner Ross in the 1970s in the Linq Casino in the heart of the strip.

With retro lighting, red leather banques and vintage posters, it is a funny and quirky environment.

Put Buffalo chicken schnitzel with sides of Mac ‘n’ cheese or disco fries with sauce and cheese.

And you can dismantle anything next Door in Discoshow, an immersive celebration of the disco in the decades, which starts from £ 81.

Best bars

Hidden bars are something like a Vegas trend – a relapse to the days of the ban – and two of the best are in cosmopolitan.

The Ghost Esel MEZCAL & TEQUILA Bar is a Speakeasy style cocktail lounge, which is hidden behind an (almost) non-marked door, while barbershop cuts and cocktails access a hairdressing salon and offer live music.

Best hotels

For a bargain stay, choose a larger hotel like MGM Grand, which has 9,000 rooms for filling and tariffs of 58 GBP per night.

Or make it a special occasion and an upgrade of the latest hotel of the strip, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where four nights with return flights of £ 1.695-Propp with bon-voyage.com.

Plus where you grab a bite in Las Vegas

The secret food tours are a risk that could pay off if you want to play a restaurant roulette …

For a foretaste of the city, go to a secret food tour, which you can harden by a mysterious selection of restaurants, each with a separate role in history.

In the course of an afternoon you can enjoy a selection of delicacies from lesser -known restaurants to give you a real taste of the place.

Other highlights for food were a wonderfully authentic and matt Italian festival in Esther’s Kitchen in the Arts District and some of the best Chinese meals I have ever tried in Mott 32-think about a Friday evening, but with a Michelin star.

You can find in the Caesars Palace A variety of restaurants, including branches that are operated by star chefs Gordon Ramsay And Bobby Flay
