This cool New Jersey city is one of the coolest in America

Experience the best of New Jersey’s Jersey Shore, with summer beach fun and winter wonderland atmosphere in charming coastal towns.

Weekends are for barbecues, friends, family, fireworks, and our beautiful beaches on the Jersey Shore in summer, winter and Christmas. Our New Jersey towns love to decorate.

Summer is my favorite time of year and we live in the most beautiful place. I know some of you will say, “What?” Sue, yes, I love living here and in Ocean County.

When we talk about New Jersey it’s always about all the beautiful beaches and boardwalks, but I love New Jersey in the winter too. The streets are a little less busy and our cities love to decorate this time of year.

I think of the warmth and beautiful beaches in Ocean County. Recently you voted for the best beach in Ocean County. You’ve voted for your favorite beach and it’s definitely a favorite of Ocean County residents that the beach is Island Beach State Park.

The only thing we always complain about is that we have to pay to access our beaches. I just wish that since we are Jersey Shore residents we could get a FREE ticket to Jersey Shore all summer long.

This coolest beach town isn’t in Ocean or Monmouth counties. This cool little town on the Jersey Shore is located in Cape May County. According to onlyinyourstate.com, Avalon, NJ is the coolest small town in New Jersey and one of the coolest in the USA. Located on Seven Mile Island, Avalon is popular with fans for its shopping, beautiful beach, and delicious restaurants.

Honestly, we have the best beaches. It doesn’t matter which beach you go to, the sand, the sea, it’s an amazing feeling and where we live – you just can’t beat that. Yes, we have to contend with a lot of vacationers coming to our cities and clogging our streets, but we have what they all want. I appreciate the fact that we see the most beautiful sunrises here in Seaside Park on a beautiful warm Friday morning. Or we see the most beautiful sunset sky in Pt. Pleasant beach on a random Wednesday evening. Or maybe take a great walk on the Asbury Park Boardwalk, I love it.

Whether you visit our beach in summer, spring, fall or winter, you will love it. I think there has always been a bit of competition between the beaches of Monmouth County and the beaches of Ocean County, extending south and farther north as well. If you ask someone who lives in Brigantine and someone who lives in Seaside Park, they will always choose their beach as the “best.” And it is the truth.

I know, I know, it’s winter, but I always love talking about our beaches and summer in New Jersey.
