This huge New Jersey home features an indoor pool with a fireplace and changing rooms

When the sellers of this massive Saddle River estate purchased the home more than 30 years ago, it was a much smaller home on about 3.5 hectares.

Today it is almost 29,000 square meters and covers 13.7 hectares.

“This amount of real estate makes Saddle River almost unique,” ​​said Dennis Rinzler of Keller Williams Valley Realty, the real estate agent.

The average sales price of a home in Saddle River was $2,362,500 in October, according to the most recent data available from New Jersey Realtors.
