TLDSB closes all Muskoka schools on December 2, 2024

From TLDSB

Due to the unprecedented snowfall that resulted in numerous road closures and impassable areas, the Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) has decided to close all Muskoka schools for Monday, December 2nd. Therefore, there will be no buses and no daycare centers in TLDSB tomorrow. Schools will also be closed. Please note that schools will not be moving to online learning.

Currently, Central Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking motorists to stay off the roads so that road crews can clean up affected areas.

Gravenhurst Public School
Honey Harbor Public School
Huntsville Public Schools
Irwin Memorial Public School
KP Manson Public School
Macaulay Public School
Monck Public School
Muskoka Beechgrove Public School
Muskoka Falls Public School
Pine Glen Public School
Riverside Public School
Spruce Glen Public School
VK Greer Memorial Public School
Watt Public School

Secondary schools and adult and alternative education centers (AAEC):
Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary Schools + AAEC
Gravenhurst High School + AAEC
Huntsville High School + AAEC
