After the New York Yankees set up an MLB record with 18 Homeruns in the first four games, some of which were hit with Torpedo bats, a pitcher would like to compensate for the field.

“Let them use the bat that you want. Just allow us to use all rackets in the deck circle,” posted Philadelphia Phillies Pitcher Matt Strahm this week on X. “And do not check us how we are criminals every time we go on or off the field. I am just a jug, but I assume that a better grip helps you to swing hard …”

Referee check jugs before they stand up in games and between innings for substances. The inspections have led to several evalions and again 10 game suspensions. “Spider Tack” became a popular fad, but jugs often used a combination of their own sweat and Kolroben to create stickiness.

Strahm added that “a part of this witness was a little much,” added, “we can also use everything a bat to grasp a bat better.”

The Torpedo bats have a barrel in another place. Instead of being at the end of the bat, the barrel is closer to the handle, which gives the bat a Bowling pencil shape. Some players get more in contact with the ball on the label than on the traditional bat. The Torpedo bats move the barrel to the label. So if you contact you, dye the baseball more.
