210 km to go

Over three minutes for the 8 leaders. It is unclear where Walkers and Reynders are – we didn’t have them for a while.

Almost 30 seconds now for the break. It seems that this will indeed be the break.

The EF -EF education, Picknick -Postnl, Intermarché -Wanty and Wagner Bazin WB are particularly prominent at the front and want to be part of the break that will form at some point.

No driver has managed to get a gap since Möote. There are many drivers who try, but too many for a reasonable break to form them.

260 km to go

In the history of cycling, two such decorated drivers are a rarity against every big race at the peak of their strength. Both go into the race with seven career tenders and are looking for an 8th place to work together on the list of all time.

The Ronde is always a special race, but thanks to the great rivalry between Mathieu van der Poel and Tadej Pogačar, this promises to be even more
