Tragic murder-suicide: Model kills husband before taking her own life in luxury Florida home

A Model is said to have fatally shot her husband before taking her own life in their luxury home in Florida, USA. The couple’s bodies were found on the balcony of their high-rise apartment early Wednesday Murder-suicide.
Police identified the deceased as Sabrina Krasniqi27, and Pajtim Krasniqi34. They were discovered outside their unit on the 45th floor of Beach Club II in Hallandale around 12:30 p.m. local time after authorities responded to reports of gunshots, according to the New York Post.
Max Braedlin, a resident across the street, was quoted by New York Post said: “We heard screaming and it was scary. I heard the shooting and then after a few minutes the police cars came and it was a crowded scene.”
Authorities believe Sabrina shot her husband several times before turning the gun on herself. A gunshot detection system recorded at least five shots, followed by a sixth after a brief pause, the report said.
“Pajtimi’s wife chose to take my brother’s life when she shot five bullets into his chest,” said Pajtimi’s sister, Albana Krasniqi Munrettwrote in a Facebook post. “The person he trusted the most, the person he wanted to spend his life with, was the one who took it away from him. She betrayed him, his love and his trust. She destroyed my family. My siblings and I will never be the same. I’m afraid my mother will never recover.
When police arrived, they found a teddy bear, a box of roses and a television that was still on in the house. Bloodstains and obvious bullet holes could be seen on the balcony door.
Sabrina, a model by profession, was also known by her maiden name: Sabrina Dzaferovic. According to the report, both she and her husband were Kosovar Albanian nationals with ties to New York and Kosovo.
The investigation is ongoing and police have not yet determined a motive for the shooting.
