According to the sources, more than a dozen civil servants who worked on the criminal investigation against Donald Trump were dismissed.

In a letter from the incumbent Attorney General James Mchenry to the officials said that they could not be “trust” to implement Trump’s agenda.

“You played an important role in the persecution of President Trump. The proper functioning of the government depends critically on the trust of the superordinate civil servants in their subordinates, ”wrote Mchenry. “In view of their significant role in the persecution of the President, I do not believe that the management of the department can trust them to faithfully implement the president’s agenda.”

The shots come when the Trump administration takes concrete steps to investigate prosecutors who intended to apply for the criminal matters against the accused on January 6th, after Trump had sworn as a central promise of his campaign, according to several sources that an internal Memo about observing the subject.

Ed Martin, the preliminary US lawyer in Washington, DC, has initiated an investigation against prosecutors who were thrown against some rioters who were ultimately thrown because of a decision by the Supreme Court last summer due to a decision by the Supreme Court against the US code 1512 (C).

With regard to the efforts as a “special project”, Martin wrote in the memo issued on Monday that the lawyers “transfer all information that they relate to the use of 1512 fees, including all files, documents, notes, e -mails and other information Should ”to two of the long -term prosecutors of the office, who have to submit a report on the investigation by Friday.

“Obviously, use was a great failure of our office – see CT. Decision – and we have to get to the bottom, ”says the memo and refers to the decision of the Supreme Court of June, which limited the authority of the Federal Prosecutor’s office, to pursue charges against the rioters on January 6th.

The demand for documents also extends to prosecutors who have since left the US law firm.

The step comes when the Ministry of Justice has already seen a dramatic fillage, since civil servants who have been connected with top -class investigations, including the now dismiss mixed case against Trump himself, can be lifted to the 2020 presidential election.

The public prosecutor, who worked on January 6, said CNN that the memo raises concerns that Trump’s doj begins to “examine the investigators” because he threatens for a long time. A person who worked on Capitol Riot cases said CNN that the prosecutors do not know whether this investigation would like to file criminal or civil charges and that some will hire their own lawyers for their defense.

A high-ranking administrative officer familiar with the Martin email describes this as a “fact-finding” mission and notices a “great waste of resources”.

This letter was sent to various US judicial officers who were released.

“The former office screwed it up by submitting hundreds of cases that were ejected by the Supreme Court. It is worth getting to the bottom of the poor decision -making,” said the person.

CNN has contacted the Ministry of Justice to get a comment.

Martin, a hard, socially conservative activist and commentator, who was an organizer with the movement “Stop the Steal”, was shown for the role last week. Since he started the job, he praised Trump for the edition of mass centers for accused on January 6th.

He also successfully campaigned for him to impose the members of the oaths after being released from prison and said: “When a judge decided that Jim Biden, General Mark Milley or another person banned it, Visiting America’s Capital – even after I received a last minute, preventive forgiveness, I believe that most of the Americans would make objections. In the persons referred in our application, their sentences were called – time, end of the sentence. ”
