We have many events in the next few days and the rain will cause problems for some of them. Leave us with rain chances tonight and how to influence the balloon lights.

We have showering and storms in the region at the moment, but this could shine a really good thing for our balloon. Strawed storms eat the available energy in the atmosphere and the temperatures fall due to the storm -cooled air. The combination of these two factors should lead to a more stable atmosphere that will not be so beneficial for storms tonight.

In the first half of the balloon glow, the storm chances decrease from 40% to 20% at temperatures in the low 70s. This 20% chance of rain remains over the rest of the event and while people go home.

Friday almost brings a guarantee that you will get rain at some point a day. Showers and storms will be possible from sunrise to sunset. The cold front only goes over us about midnight, so that rain opportunities for the Friday evening balloon lights remain. At the moment, that evening until overnight, the random of rain is 20 to 30%.

As soon as the cold front swings through, our rains will be reduced to 10% at best on Saturday morning. In addition to the low-end chance of a slight, persistent shower at the beginning of our derby festival mini and marathon races, the rest of the Saturday and the entire Sunday will be dry and pleasant.
