(VIDEO) Minnesota car goes into Christmas mode – it’s a must-see

Christmas trees have been trending as a main decoration for the holidays since the 1890s. Since then, every year, 77% of people diligently retrieve their artificial tree from storage or head to a tree farm to find the perfect tree, spending an average of $80 each time they purchase that fresh tree out of. Today I think it’s time to shake things up a bit.

Thanks to some geniuses who were willing to try something new, I think the next new trend has already arrived in Minnesota.

Christmas Spirit on Wheels: Check out these Minnesota cars decorated for the holidays

Last night I was driving home from work after a pretty frustrating phone call left me a little upset. I even felt a bit like a “Karen” for asking to speak to a manager. (You would have too…trust me.) In other words, I didn’t feel any Christmas spirit as I drove to my house.

And then… I saw something that woke me up and made me smile.

The Minnesota car goes into Christmas mode – you have to see it!

It is a proven fact that seeing Christmas lights improves your mood. We become happier when we see the twinkling lights in the sky. And I saw Christmas lights…but they weren’t in a place I would consider “normal.”

The Christmas lights I saw were on a car!

I’m not sure if I smiled because I saw Christmas lights or because I was a little shocked HOW I saw them…but it really brightened my night. I decide we need more of THIS type of decoration in Minnesota! (If you can’t see the video below, watch it here.)

Jaxon Rose, I don’t know how the lights stay on, but thank you for the great decorations and brightening our world.

…but that’s not the only car spotted with Christmas lights in Minnesota!

Thank you to the lighted truck and the other car I saw driving around with Christmas lights all over it.

The worst Christmas movies of all time
