Walmart’s holiday programming reaches its peak today (Sunday, December 1) as Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday sales see a changing of the guard.

Walmart is famous for its Black Friday TV doorbusters, and this year the big store opened hard. This is easily the cheapest TV deal we’re currently seeing in the 55-inch size category, and the competition is pretty damn stiff. Best Buy’s cheapest competitor costs $219.99, while Amazon’s lower-end option costs $299.99 – although both models have nicer, brighter QLED displays.

Walmart is also offering a 55-inch QLED Roku TV for $288 (normally $348). Best Buy’s cheaper QLED model is a Google TV. So the model you ultimately add to your shopping cart depends on your Smart TV platform preference.

Our first reaction to this deal was: “Is that allowed? “Twenty-nine dollars is a surprisingly and stupidly low price for a solid, comfortable budget pair of headphones with good noise cancellation and long battery life.
