Where to find Taylor Swift-style food and cocktails in Vancouver

Taylor Swift’s final concert dates on the Eras Tour are December 6-8 in Vancouver, British Columbia. And the city is rolling out a Swiftie-style red carpet for them with special themed events, from flower crown workshops to T.Swizzle karaoke.

Here are some of the coolest Taylor Swift-inspired food and drink events in Vancouver or surrounding cities (not including a sold-out drag brunch with “Canada’s best Taylor Swift drag performer”) marking her final three concert dates of the Eras Tour celebrates:

Era’s Food Tour

The Taylor Swift Eras Food Tour is a guided experience at the Granville Island Public Market and features Tay-inspired tastings like the Lavender haze Macaron and Sparks fly Bubble bombs. Each treat ties to an era in the singer-songwriter’s career, and the tour includes Swift-themed trivia and friendship bracelet making. Taylor Swift-themed food tours are taking place now through December 13th.

Taylor Swift “Happy Meal”

The ultimate happy meal for a Swiftie, Win Win Chick-N, a Filipino-meets-Americana restaurant, serves up a Taycouver Combo meal with Chick-N Tenders or Drumsticks, a side of fries or mac n’ cheese, a Taylor Swift-style sugar cookie, and a Swiftie sticker. The restaurant features a festive Taylor Swift-inspired Christmas corner for Instagram-worthy selfies. Available now until December 15th.

Taylor Cookies and Kelce Cupcakes

Vanilla Bean Bakeshop offers an entire menu dedicated to Taylor Swift, an avid baker. Highlights include the Taylor’s Favorite Sweets Box of Chai Sugar Cookies, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and Kelce Brothers Granola Cupcakes. Expect lots of glitter and sprinkles on Taylor’s Favorite Milk Bar Birthday Cake. Pair it with Taylor’s Chai Latte and you’re good to go Shake it off on the streets. Pre-order these Taylor Swift desserts for pickup now through December 8th.

Sparks Fly Cocktail

“At Minami, Taylor Swift is a queen to all of us,” says Morgane Lefort, bar manager at modern Japanese restaurant Minami. “We wanted to make the final leg of their legendary Eras tour extra special for our guests by curating cocktails with a Taylor twist during the week of their tour in Vancouver.”

Minami’s sparks fly The cocktail is made with locally distilled Sheringham Beacon Gin, butterfly pea flowers, sake and lychee liqueur and is a nod to his signature Minami Martini. Edible gold glitter garnishes the bright purple cocktail – a nod to this Speak Now Album.

However, Minami isn’t content with just one themed drink for Swifties. There are four other Taylor Swift cocktails named after hits, including a non-alcoholic sparkling wine: The Rose Garden Filled with Thorns (1989 album) Mocktail consists of rose syrup, non-alcoholic sparkling wine and soda and is garnished with rose buds. This special menu is available from now until December 8th.

“We want guests to come before the concert, enjoy it and prepare to sing their favorite songs at the top of their lungs,” Lefort says.

Tay-Tay inspired concert concessions

If you’re one of the lucky ones who snagged concert tickets, don’t miss out on trying Taylor Swift-themed treats like chai cookies and “apparently ranch” dip to accompany your chicken strips at the BC Place concert venue.
