Which side would have taken Daredevil in Captain America: Civil War?

Quick links

A big mistake that Marvel Studios had in his early stage was the lack of connectivity between the Netflix shows and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The gaps had the people who wondered why Iron would choose a boy like Spider-Man on his side Captain America: Civil War. Someone like Daredevil would have made more sense because it was older and more experienced.

In view of the attitude of Matt Murdock against vigilance and how they should not be monitored, many assumed that he was on his side with Steve Rogers. He was a Captain America supporter in the comics, and although he got out, he still worked against the registration act as a lawyer. He also let the iron fist put on his costume so that nobody thinks he was lean. Although it took a decade, the MCU finally gave an answer to which side Matt thanks matt thanks Your friendly neighborhood spider-man Episode 6.

Your friendly neighborhood spider-man also shows the big mistake that Sony made with its Spider-Man-Bösewicht films.

Episode 6, “Duel with the Devil”, Charlie Cox finds again as Daredevil. In this reality, the man breaks into Oscorp without fear, but it is not known whether he is only there to learn or steal certain things. When he goes, he is confronted with the crawl. Since Peters Weißer suit was built by his partner, Colman Domingos Norman Osborn, Peter only protects the business.

Daredevil warns him during the fight that he shouldn’t trust people like Norman. He says Spider-Man is over his head and has no idea what’s going on. Of course, Matt found out what Norman says later: Norman wants his own avenger Thaddeus Ross to help with global security. Ross has a fascist, oppressive edge. Norman supports his view that all heroes have to be exposed and have to register in their database.

This is what Matt and Steve Rogers fought in the comics so that it is easy to connect the points. Daredevil does not want a system in which their identities could be leaked through, and endangered relatives. He also sympathizes with a naive Peter. After winning the fight, he leaves the web head cold, certainly sad that Peter has no idea how to register his friends and family, especially among people who would support a military state.

However, this opens Daredevil the opportunity to become the mentor Peter. In the comics they are closer in old age and like brothers. Here the boy has to learn something about violations of freedom, constitutional rights and abuse of power. Matt can further clarify how the Sokovia agreements violate people or from a legal point of view of the government’s farmers. Politicians and men with power will always look for control and improve their capitalist interests. Peter may know this from theory in school books, but it is another practical experience to actually live it.

He sees red flags and suggests that he knows that he can’t be Norman’s Lacke and Acolyt much longer. Ultimately, Matt can become this mentor as soon as Spider-Man decides to be trained in superhero policy and euphemisms. Matt can even help him improve his spider sensual with his own sensory skills. Until then, Peter, just like Iron Manipulated in the Comics, is nothing more than an obedient, blind soldier who is brought to precarious places by a selfish Norman who only wants a dog of war.
