A 40-year-old woman was arrested after the police said that she had found a number of explosives from a Colorado Tesla dealer, the recent incident in a series of obvious protests against Tesla CEO and Doge leader Elon Musk.

According to a press release from the Loveland Police Department, Lucy Grace Nelson was accused of committing crimes for explosive or fire equipment, criminal crime and criminal attempt.

An “extensive examination” was initiated on January 29 after the car dealership had been destroyed several times, according to the authorities, fire equipment was found in the shop.

After the alleged first incident on January 29, there were subsequent incidents on February 2 and February 7, which became increasingly serious.

Chris Padgett, the public information officer of Loveland Police Department, told Fox News Digital in incidents before Nelson’s arrest that there was “very offensive news, derogatory nature”, which are left in the dealer.

During the monitoring of the police, Nelson was allegedly discovered on Monday evening with additional fire devices and materials attributed to vandalism, according to Padgett.

It was arrested without incident, said Padgett.

After Nelson was booked to prison, he received a payment bond of $ 10,000.

“The Loveland police authority continues to work closely with the Bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives Denver Field Division with federal suspensions,” said the Loveland police.

Padgett said the department was not sure whether others are involved, but there is no threat to the community.

Fox News Digital previously reported that an organization founded by former democratic congress employees has asked Liberale to increase demonstrations against Musk.

The activist group published a “tool kit” with protest recommendations, including a section of how to “take the fight to Elon”.
