In a widespread failure for many X users, the website for Elon Musk’s social networks had technical problems and showed mistakes on Friday.

The problems seemed to have been remedied less than half an hour later.

Before that, the last major X failure occurred in August 2024 when 66% of the user information to have problems with the app, the website and the server connection. Other earlier topics included the impairment of the most important functions in July 2023 and the crash of Ron Desantis’ Twitter Spaces Live -udio event during his official announcement that he would run for the US president.

Musk acquired Twitter in October 2022 for $ 44 billion and released around 80% of his employees. In May 2024 the website was officially X.com and the domain twitter.com was retired. Musk, who is also CEO of Tesla and Space X, renamed Twitter as an X in July 2023.
